We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your application or request a refund. Please review our Refunds and Cancellation Policy outlined below to understand the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General Terms:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you submit incorrect details, causing the process to fail, the fee paid is non-refundable. Then you may need to start over\/re-apply with accurate information and a new fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation Before Production\/Service:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you choose to cancel your application before the service process begins, you are eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any bank charges or administrative fees incurred in processing the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation After Production:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the service process has commenced, we regret that we cannot process a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds for NIN Plastic card service, it is custom-made for you and cannot be reused or resold.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eligibility for Refunds:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are only applicable if the application is canceled before the production process begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ineligible cases include applications that have reached the production stage or beyond and submission of incorrect details, causing the process to fail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deductions from Refund<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any bank charges, processing fees, or administrative costs associated with the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Request a Refund<\/strong>: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at <a href=\"mailto:support@nincard.com\">support@nincard.com<\/a> or visit our <a href=\"https:\/\/nincard.com\/support\">Sup<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/nincard.com\/support\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/nincard.com\/support\">ort Page<\/a>. Kindly provide the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NIN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NIN Order ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for Refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Processing<\/strong>: Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
