Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing NINCard for your National Identification Number (NIN) solutions. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your application or request a refund. Please review our Refunds and Cancellation Policy outlined below to understand the process.

Application Cancellation

  • General Terms:
    • If you submit incorrect details, causing the process to fail, the fee paid is non-refundable. Then you may need to start over/re-apply with accurate information and a new fee.
  • Cancellation Before Production/Service:
    • If you choose to cancel your application before the service process begins, you are eligible for a refund.
    • Any bank charges or administrative fees incurred in processing the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Cancellation After Production:
    • Once the service process has commenced, we regret that we cannot process a refund.
    • No refunds for NIN Plastic card service, it is custom-made for you and cannot be reused or resold.

Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are only applicable if the application is canceled before the production process begins.
    • Ineligible cases include applications that have reached the production stage or beyond and submission of incorrect details, causing the process to fail.
  • Deductions from Refund:
    • Any bank charges, processing fees, or administrative costs associated with the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or visit our Support Page. Kindly provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • NIN
  • Email Address
  • NIN Order ID
  • Reason for Refund

Refund Processing: Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment method and banking institution.

Cancellation and Refund Exceptions: Please note that we do not entertain requests for cancellations or refunds once the production process has commenced.
