NINCard’s Commitment to Nigerians Everywhere

Helping over 13,000 Nigerians, with more than 6,000 successfully resolved so far.

At NINCard, our mission has always been clear: to make it easier for Nigerians – at home and abroad – to access the NIN services they need without the stress, long queues, and uncertainty many have faced.

Since launch, we’ve handled over 13,000 requests and successfully resolved more than 6,000 cases – from lost NIN retrievals to NIN slip reprints, as well as helping those who need the premium NIN slip converted into a physical plastic NIN Card for verifications within and outside Nigeria. Every week, we hear from NIN holders whose deadlines for travel, banking, or business registration were saved because of our service. For every complaint we receive, there are dozens more success stories that fuel our drive to do better.

How We Work

We are not NIMC and have never claimed to be.
Our services are processed through licensed NIMC partners and authorized channels already available to Nigerians. Our role is to bridge the gap – offering guidance, customer support, and a smooth, people-friendly experience, especially for Nigerians abroad or in areas where physical access to NIMC centres is limited.

Your Data, Your Privacy

Your personal data is yours – and protecting it is non-negotiable.
We follow strict privacy practices and do not store your NIN data beyond the time required to process your request.

You can read our full Privacy Policy here.

Looking Ahead

We know there’s still more to do to build trust and transparency in Nigeria’s ID ecosystem. That’s why we’re exploring ways to work more closely with regulatory bodies, including NIMC, to align our services with official frameworks while continuing to prioritize accessibility and user experience.

We remain committed to providing a safe, reliable, and transparent service to Nigerians everywhere. Thank you for trusting us.
