1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (āTermsā) contained herein is a legal agreement governing the relationship between you and NINCard Ltd (NINCard, āweā, āourā or āusā) and shall govern your access to and use of NINCardās services which include all pages within the NINCard platform, website, mobile applications, other products and services, as well as all content and software associated with our service. (collectively referred to as the āServicesā). References to āyouā and āyourā in these Terms of Services indicate anyone, including members, end-users, NINCard Representatives (REPs), Operators, guests, or any other individuals, who engage with NINCard's services.

By accessing or using NINCard's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Additionally, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

3. NINCard Services
3.1 Service Description

Our platform facilitates the conversion of digital or paper-based NINs into durable, plastic ID cards. These cards serve as tangible representations of your NIN, providing a secure and convenient identification method.
With NINCard, users have access to services including application submission, processing, and secure delivery of the NINCard. Our commitment to data protection and privacy ensures that your information is handled with the utmost care throughout the entire process.
3.2 Eligibility
To access NINCard services, individuals must meet the eligibility criteria outlined by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) or relevant governing authorities. Eligibility requirements may include possessing a valid and active NIN, as well as compliance with any additional conditions set forth by NINCard.
3.3 Service Availability

4. Application Process
4.1 Application Submission
To initiate the process of obtaining your NINCard, users must complete the application form available on our platform or through a NINCard REP or NINCard Operator. This form will require you to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your full name, contact details, and NIN data. By submitting your application, you confirm that all provided information is true and accurate.
4.2 Processing and Approval
Upon receipt of your application, our team will verify the information provided to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria. This process may involve validation checks with relevant authorities. Once your application is approved, we will proceed with the production of your NINCard.
4.3 Card Delivery
After production, your NINCard will be securely packaged and delivered to your chosen NINCard Operator (for applications inside Nigeria) or the Nigeria Embassy (for applications outside Nigeria), or to the home address provided during the application process. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please verify that the delivery details are accurate, thereby avoiding any potential delays or misdeliveries.
Your NINCard will be enclosed in a customized envelope bearing your First Name along with the first three and last three digits of your NIN for easy identification. This additional measure ensures that you can promptly recognize and access your NINCard upon receipt.
5. Fees and Payments
